Heather Smith Music Shipping Policy

We are grateful for every order and work hard to get your CDs, apparel, and merchandise to you as quickly and carefully as possible, so you can enjoy music and items that glorify the Lord without delay.

Processing Time
- Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.
- During new release launches, holidays, or special sales, please allow an extra 1–3 business days, as we experience higher-than-normal order volume.
- Pre-order items will ship on or shortly after the stated release date.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your cart.

Typical delivery estimates after an order leaves our facility:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- Canada: 7–21 business days
- United Kingdom, Australia, Europe & rest of world: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier volume. We ship from multiple U.S. locations to serve you better.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view tracking details by logging into your account on HeatherSmithMusic.com.

International Orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- We are not able to mark international packages as “gifts” or declare lower values on customs forms.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide, but reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to carrier limitations or other circumstances.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.
